All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement or store credit at no cost to you.
In the rare case that a return is approved outside of these conditions, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition, unopened & unused, in original packaging & free of any price tags or stickers
We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit once shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
